We know that it takes a great deal of trust to leave your pet with someone else, so we want to assure you that we are professional, highly trained, and most of all, we love pets.

Please contact us today to learn more about our boarding facilities. We would love to speak with you and answer any questions you may have, as well as go over our boarding policies. We also invite you to visit our hospital and view our boarding area for yourself! Just give us a call and we’ll set up a time for you to take a tour.

If there are any special requirements for your pet, please let us know so we can accommodate them. Our pet guests are always fed according to owner instructions and clean, fresh water is always available.

It is our goal to provide your pet with the best quality of care while they are with us. We promise to look after each and every pet as if they were our own, and treat them with the respect and loving care they deserve.

In order to board at our facility, pets must be up-to-date on required preventative care. If unable to furnish proof of current preventative care, we require that it be done at our facility while pet is boarding.

New clients will be required to pre-pay the full cost of boarding and any required preventative care at drop off.

What to expect at drop-off for boarding: the receptionist will have some consent forms to go over and fill out, we will provide you with a written estimate for any required preventative care, and each pet will be checked in by a technician. Please allow at least 15-20 minutes for the check-in process.

We are able to administer medications and insulin if needed while your pet is boarding (additional fees for medical and diabetic boarders). Please bring all medications with you and make sure we have clear instructions at check-in.

We supply all bedding and food/water bowls (and kitty litter/litter boxes for cats) for your pet(s) during their stay. Bedding and bowls are changed out and cleaned daily. In an effort to minimize confusion and lost items, we ask that you leave all personal items at home.

We feed Purina diets to our boarders. If you pet is on a special diet or if you prefer to bring your own food, please make sure it is labeled with your pet’s name and feeding instructions.

We have a completely enclosed exercise area for our canine guests to go to the bathroom and stretch their legs 3 times a day.

We do not have overnight staff. Your pet(s) will be unattended after business hours. Our staff pays special attention to making sure all our boarding pets are comfortable and taken care of before leaving for the night and we check them immediately upon opening the next day.
